Johan Malm 956b271f9b menu: support pipemenu with the toplevel <menu> element 
For example:

    <?xml version="1.0"?>
    <openbox_menu>
      <menu id="root-menu" label="" execute="obmenu-generator"/>
    </openbox_menu>
