ddc4c668ba seq: Add snd_seq_{get|set}_ump_is_midi1() API functions
Implement the API function calls corresponding to the new sequencer
port flag bit that has been added recently to the kernel.
A UMP MIDI 2.0 device allow to have an optional MIDI 1.0 port while
speaking in MIDI 2.0 protocol for other UMP Groups. The new seq port
flag indicates that.

This is rather a minor difference, and since ALSA sequencer core
covers the all conversions, usually you don't have to worry about it
at all.

24c7f42733 seq: Add API functions to set different tempo base values
MIDI2 Set Tempo message uses 10ns-based values, and we need to update
the API to change the base time unit.

This patch adds a few new API functions:
- snd_seq_has_queue_tempo_base() returns 1 if the client supports a
  new tempo-base value; if 0, it's an old system and application has
  to use the tempo in the fixed 1us unit
- the tempo base can be changed with
  snd_seq_queue_tempo_set_tempo_base(), provided in nsec unit;
  the value has to be either 10 or 1000 (or 0 as default, equivalent
  with 1000)

The protocol version is checked and fallback to the fixed 1us base for
the old clients.

95eb312fad rawmidi: Add rawmidi framing API
Optionally, incoming rawmidi bytes can be put inside a frame of type
snd_rawmidi_framing_tstamp_t.
The main current benefit is that can enable in-kernel timestamping of
incoming bytes, and that timestamp is likely to be more precise than
what userspace can offer.

Tstamp type framing requires a kernel >= 5.14 and a buffer size that
is a multiple of sizeof(snd_rawmidi_framing_tstamp_t). It is only
available on input streams.

ae564665ec Fix alsa/sound/*.h for external programs
The recent update of sound/*.h to sync with the latest Linus uapi
files broke the build of alsa-tools programs. These files used to be
a modified version of Linux sound/* header files, so that they could
be built without Linux headers. The special prefix like __user and
other things were worked around there.

We may do that again, but a better approach is to fix those things in
Linux kernel uapi side, while we keep the minimal workaround in
alsa-lib such as the __u16 and co type definitions.

This patch is such an attempt, namely:
- Keep the original $LINUX/uapi/sound/*.h in include/sound/uapi
  directory
- The "fixes" are applied to some uapi headers, so that they don't
  contain Linux-specific prefix and use of opaque struct like
  snd_ctl_elem_id
- The uapi headers are included indirectly from include/sound/*.h
- Some headers have inclusion of type_compat.h for the Linux variable
  types and prefixes
- type_compat.h tries to use <linux/types.h> when __linux__ is
  defined, instead of the own conflicting definitions

The last type might need a bit more adjustment depending on the
compiler, but it can be fixed locally without disturbing else.

bdb709ab2a ASoC: topology: Add missing clock gating parameter when parsing hw_configs
Clock gating parameter is a part of `dai_fmt`. It is supported by
`alsa-lib` when creating a topology binary file, but ignored by kernel
when loading this topology file.

After applying this commit, the clock gating parameter is not ignored any
more. This solution is backwards compatible. The existing behaviour is
not broken, because by default the parameter value is 0 and is ignored.

snd_soc_tplg_hw_config.clock_gated = 0 => no effect
snd_soc_tplg_hw_config.clock_gated = 1 => SND_SOC_DAIFMT_GATED
snd_soc_tplg_hw_config.clock_gated = 2 => SND_SOC_DAIFMT_CONT

For example, the following config, based on
alsa-lib/src/conf/topology/broadwell/broadwell.conf, is now supported:

~~~~
SectionHWConfig."CodecHWConfig" {
        id "1"
        format "I2S"            # physical audio format.
        pm_gate_clocks "true"   # clock can be gated
}
SectionLink."Codec" {
        # used for binding to the physical link
        id "0"
        hw_configs [
                "CodecHWConfig"
        ]
        default_hw_conf_id "1"
}
~~~~

50e7190d35 topology: ABI - Update physical DAI link configurations to ABI v5
This patch update physicals DAI link config to ABI v5:

- Define the types and ABI struct for runtime supported hardware configs
  e.g. audio hardware formats. The default HW config ID will help topology
  to find the DAI format to set on init. Topology provides this as a
  fallback if such HW settings are not available in ACPI or device tree,
  to avoid hard code in drivers. It's only for config items that can be
  programmed by SW or FW, not for physical things like link connections
  or GPIO used for HP etc.

- Add flags. The flags will be used to configure an existing physical
  links.

- Add private data. The private data is reserved for future extension.

- Add name and stream name to physical DAI links. Kernel can also use name
