doc: Expand the abbreviation "hw" to "hardware".
Out of the context it is reasonably clear that "hw" is indeed an abbreviation for "hardware". The use of "hw" in this place doesn't seem to be a stylistic choice, but rather an oversight. Signed-off-by: Paul Scharnofske <asynts@gmail.com>
