Update README.it.md for Italian 
Updated italian readme to follow the recent changes to the English one.
I also removed "gestore di accesso" which in theory translates to
display manager, but in practice is never used in this context. Other
wikis such as [Debian](https://wiki.debian.org/it/DisplayManager) and
[Ubuntu](https://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/AmbienteGrafico/DisplayManager) just
use the term "Display Manager" as is. Another small thing that I
corrected is "canale di IRC" which sounds a bit weird.

68caa8deba readme: Stop recommending setuid bit for non-logind systems 
- Optional since Sway 1.6 per swaywm/wlroots@bad1e9afa8
- Deprecated in Sway 1.7 per 67d3d952b6
- Removed in Sway 1.8 per e5728052b5
- Ignored in future versions (keeps root priveleges)

Explicitly setting the version of json-c required 
to 0.12.1. This is needed because the development

 version breaks the existing API of json_object_array_length()

 by moving the return from int to size_t.

This would fix #1355
