Jarkko Nikula fbb13a0dc6 alsa: move pa_alsa_setting_select close to pa_alsa_path_select 
Move pa_alsa_setting_select call just after the pa_alsa_path_select in
[sink | source]_set_port_cb functions as there is no dependency to volume
calculations that are done between these two calls. Idea here is to make
possible to merge these two functions since they are called together from
other places too.

HACKING:
	In order to run pulseaudio from the build dir __OPTIMIZE__ should be
	disabled (look at src/pulsecore/core-util.h::pa_run_from_build_tree()),
	this can be done by passing "CFLAGS=-O0" to the configure script:
	  ./autogen.sh
	  CFLAGS="-ggdb3 -O0" LDFLAGS="-ggdb3" ./configure
	  make
	  ./src/pulseaudio -n -F src/default.pa -p $(pwd)/src/.libs/
