Mikel Astiz 71bd458bd1 bluetooth: Disable profile auto-switch policy for headsets 
Given that headsets have just one single port exposing whether the
audio is streaming (playing) or not, it's not possible that
module-bluetooth-policy would distinguish A2DP/HSP cases, and thus
the automatic selection of the card profile is not deterministic.

For this reason, disable the policy entirely for headsets and focus
only on HFGW and A2DP source profiles.

HACKING:
	In order to run pulseaudio from the build dir __OPTIMIZE__ should be
	disabled (look at src/pulsecore/core-util.h::pa_run_from_build_tree()),
	this can be done by passing "CFLAGS=-O0" to the configure script:
	  ./autogen.sh
	  CFLAGS="-ggdb3 -O0" LDFLAGS="-ggdb3" ./configure
	  make
	  ./src/pulseaudio -n -F src/default.pa -p $(pwd)/src/.libs/
