João Paulo Rechi Vita 6cc974844e bluetooth: Remove the 'bluez.name' property 
The 'Name' property of the Device interface became optional in BlueZ 5
and may not be present anymore (that happens when testing against the
PTS 4.7.0), so it's better not to expose it to clients so they don't
rely on its existence.

HACKING:
	In order to run pulseaudio from the build dir __OPTIMIZE__ should be
	disabled (look at src/pulsecore/core-util.h::pa_run_from_build_tree()),
	this can be done by passing "CFLAGS=-O0" to the configure script:
	  ./autogen.sh
	  CFLAGS="-ggdb3 -O0" LDFLAGS="-ggdb3" ./configure
	  make
	  ./src/pulseaudio -n -F src/default.pa -p $(pwd)/src/
