Tanu Kaskinen 21c6c70438 card: Don't crash if someone gives NULL name to pa_card_set_profile(). 
In my opinion, pa_card_set_profile() should assert that name
is not NULL, and it would be the job of the client interface
to filter out NULLs from the client input, but this is done
this way also when setting sink and source ports, so for
consistency I'll do this this way for now.

HACKING:
	In order to run pulseaudio from the build dir __OPTIMIZE__ should be
	disabled (look at src/pulsecore/core-util.h::pa_run_from_build_tree()),
	this can be done by passing "CFLAGS=-O0" to the configure script:
	  ./autogen.sh
	  CFLAGS="-ggdb3 -O0" LDFLAGS="-ggdb3" ./configure
	  make
	  ./src/pulseaudio -n -F src/default.pa -p $(pwd)/src/.libs/
