mainloop-signal: Explicitly ignore pa_write() return value.
...
Coverity warned about an ignored return value. I'm not sure
if there's something that should be done if writing fails;
at least I couldn't think of anything. Would logging an
error be acceptable here?

The header is used in files troughout the tree and is not included in the public api,
so it belongs in pulsecore, not in pulse.

try to use send(,,MSG_NOSIGNAL) instead of write() wherever possible (which
...
will allow us to drop the SIGPIPE check). Cache the results of the last
write()/send() to make sure that we do not issue more than necessary system
calls.
