Whitespace cleanup: Remove all multiple newlines
...
This patch removes all occurrences of double and triple
newlines.
Command used for this:
find . -type d \( -name ffmpeg \) -prune -o \
-regex '\(.*\.[hc]\|.*\.cc\)' \
-a -not -name 'adrian-aec.*' -a -not \
-name reserve.c -a -not -name 'rtkit.*' \
-exec sed -i -e '/^$/{N;s/^\n$//}' {} \;
Two passes were needed to remove triple newlines.
The excluded files are mirrored files from external sources.

volume: Use a macro to check if a volume is valid

This adds a PA_VOLUME_IS_VALID() macro for checking if a given
pa_volume_t is valid. This makes changes to the volume ranges simpler
(just change PA_VOLUME_MAX, for example, without needing to modify any
other code).

client: verify connection state in pa_stream_connect_upload()

Make suer we check the connection state before going on, so that we can
rely that s->context->pstream is properly initialized.
