FSF addresses used in PA sources are no longer valid and rpmlint
generates numerous warnings during packaging because of this.
This patch changes all FSF addresses to FSF web page according to
the GPL how-to: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.en.html
Done automatically by sed-ing through sources.
PA_SAMPLE_24NE generated in pa_sndfile_read_sample_spec is not
handled in pa_sndfile_readf and writef function. paplay/parecord
used to get aborted for 24bit depth wav files
This patch removes all occurrences of double and triple
newlines.

Two passes were needed to remove triple newlines.
The excluded files are mirrored files from external sources.
This patch removes all tabs hidden inside the source tree and replaces
them with 4 spaces.

The excluded files are mirrored files from external sources containing
tabs.
it's useless to get the same SF_FORMAT_INFO three times, just compare the
name/extention in the same loop.

This adds proper channel map handling when reading/writing audio files.
This allows surround .WAV files to be played with the right channel
setup automatically.
This also merges paplay into pacat and adds recording into formatted
files to pacat.
