In the file src/pulsecore/random.c
I found that the log information "Failed to get proper entropy. Falling
back to seeding with current time." would never be printed.
This change corrects the issue.
Actually iterate over the various random devices. Fixes a infinite loop on
startup when /dev/urandom isn't readable. Patch by Matt Kraai on Debian bug
491270, closes#333

will allow us to drop the SIGPIPE check). Cache the results of the last
write()/send() to make sure that we do not issue more than necessary system
calls.
