030f32fe6f module-waveout: Query device for supported samplerate 
Instead of using a fixed list list of supported rates,
ask the wave subsystem whether the rate can be used.

49101fc540 volume: Clamp volume to PA_VOLUME_MAX 
This ensures that we always clamp the volume to PA_VOLUME_MAX. While
this currently has no effect, it will be required for making sure we
don't exceed PA_VOLUME_MAX when its value changes in the future.

0955e3d45b Base mainloop on pa_rtclock_now() 
Move the mainloop to monotonic based time events.

Introduces 4 helper functions:
pa_{context,core}_rttime_{new,restart}(), that fill correctly a
timeval with the rtclock flag set if the mainloop supports it.

Both mainloop-test and mainloop-test-glib works with rt and timeval
based time events. PulseAudio and clients should be fully functional.

This patch has received several iterations, and this one as been
largely untested.

e1513ce684 WaveOut needs to have rather large chunks. This is about as low as we can 
go without getting underflows.

e205b25d65 Reorganised the source tree. We now have src/ with a couple of subdirs: 
* daemon/ - Contains the files specific to the polypaudio daemon.
 * modules/ - All loadable modules.
 * polyp/ - Files that are part of the public, application interface or
   are only used in libpolyp.
 * polypcore/ - All other shared files.
 * tests/ - Test programs.
 * utils/ - Utility programs.
