ce21dc4348 daemon.conf: Document new speex-float-1 default 
We document the default values in daemon.conf, but this was not
updated when we changed the default from speex-float-3 to speex-float-1.

aa3142ab20 volume: Rename 'sync volume' to 'deferred volume'. 
This just covers Lennart's concern over the terminology used.

The majority of this change is simply the following command:
 grep -rli sync[-_]volume . | xargs sed -i 's/sync_volume/deferred_volume/g;s/PA_SINK_SYNC_VOLUME/PA_SINK_DEFERRED_VOLUME/g;s/PA_SOURCE_SYNC_VOLUME/PA_SOURCE_DEFERRED_VOLUME/g;s/sync-volume/deferred-volume/g'

Some minor tweaks were added on top to tidy up formatting and
a couple of phrases were clarified too.

812be32783 daemon: disable CPU load limiter by default 
RLIMIT_RTTIME and rtki can do this job much better, so let's disable
this by default.

a25a459cdf Attempt to resolve the multilib conflicts by getting all the config files 
look equally for all plattforms.  This includes getting rid go pathnames
with libdir; let's make ps search for files with relative paths there.

14a9b80afb - Check process name when dealing with PID files 
- Add new PA_STREAM_FIX_CHANNELS, FIX_RATE, FIX_FORMAT, DONT_MOVE, VARIABLE_RATES to pa_sream_flags_t adn implement it
- Expose those flags in pacat
- Add notifications about device suspend/resume to the protocol and expose them in libpulse
- Allow changing of buffer_attr during playback
- allow disabling for remixing globally
- hookup polkit support

a84a2f9138 raise the default value for RLIMIT_NOFILE to 200 since 25 is apparently too small if every single GNOME apps thinks it needs to create its own server connection!

9c87a65ce9 * add new --system command line parameter to the daemon for running PulseAudio as system-wide instance 
* add PA_ prefixes to all global #defines
* modify auth-by-creds: define a new group "pulse-access" which is used for authentication
* add proper privilige dropping when running in --system mode
* create runtime directory once on startup and not by each module seperately
