d806b19714 Remove pa_bool_t and replace it with bool. 
commands used for this (executed from the pulseaudio/src directory):

5c28acb1db namereg: Don't set default sink/source on get() 
This removes the nasty side-effect that a call to
pa_namereg_get_default_{source,sink}() will also *set* the default
source/sink.

This is a more complete fix for commit 766dbc68 ("conf: Make sure
module-dbus-protocol is loaded after module-default-device-restore")

5099ab7b8b Export the cleanup_name() function and rename it to pa_namereg_make_valid_name(). 
This will allow it to be used by modules to create valid sink names.

0dea2237ed introduce three virtual sink/source names: @DEFAULT_SINK@, @DEFAULT_SOURCE@, @DEFAULT_MONITOR@. Especially the latter is useful for connecting to the monitor source of the default sink.
