65be25dd0f channelmap: Add 2.1 surround 
Add surround-21 as a alias to set up a 2.1 channel map.

2747c96101 Add pa_channels_valid() 
I think this makes the code a bit nicer to read and write. This also
reduces the chances of off-by-one errors when checking the bounds of
channel count values.

97da92d894 Whitespace cleanup: Remove all multiple newlines 
This patch removes all occurrences of double and triple
newlines.

Command used for this:
find .  -type d \( -name ffmpeg \) -prune -o \
        -regex '\(.*\.[hc]\|.*\.cc\)' \
        -a -not -name 'adrian-aec.*' -a -not \
        -name reserve.c -a -not -name 'rtkit.*' \
        -exec sed -i -e '/^$/{N;s/^\n$//}' {} \;

Two passes were needed to remove triple newlines.
The excluded files are mirrored files from external sources.

b4e938e194 Move i18n.[ch] to src/pulsecore 
The header is used in files troughout the tree and is not included in the public api,
so it belongs in pulsecore, not in pulse.

27427c114c channelmap: Use "Subwoofer" as pretty name for LFE 
The pretty name is suspposed to be understandable by non-technical
folks, and they are generally more used to the term "Subwoofer" than
"Low Frequency Emitter", so let's change the name here.
