	Style fix: Add a space between the closing/opening bracket
This patch replaces every occurrence of '){' with ') {'.
The ffmpeg source tree was excluded since it will disappear anyways.
Command used for this:
    find . -type d \( -name ffmpeg \) -prune -o \
        -regex '\(.*\.[hc]\|.*\.cc\)' \
