columbarius c5fbbfbd77 videoconvert: Fallback to dummy converter ... Videoadapter will fall back to the dummy converter if the configured converter fails to load. Assuming the existence of a converter allows removing all checks for the existence of the converter and simplifies the adapter to a single codepath.
