44bf0baaa7 ci: Migrate from Travis to GitLab CI 
This makes more sense now since we're using FDO GitLab for all the other
development infra.

9236be5f7a ci: implement a sensible travis + docker setup for automated builds 
The Dockerfile was rewritten and moved to a separete repository
for doing automated builds on docker hub
