Mark some structures, arrays static/const at various places.
In some cases this prevents unnecessary initialization
when a function is entered.
All in all, the text segments across all shared
libraries are reduced by about 2 KiB. However,
the total size increases by about 2 KiB as well.
We would like to have BT device codec capability checks beyond what's
possible based on A2DP caps.
Split SBC-XQ to a separate codec, and enable it in the device-dependent
check (although currently it just uses the config option).
Make the list of supported codecs available.
Register all supported codecs endpoints
Find the codec from the endpoint name
Put the codec on the transport for the sink to find.
