spa: utils: explicitly preserve errno in spa_cleanup handlers

Browse source 
The cleanup handlers like free(), close(), etc. aren't necessarily
guaranteed to preserve errno, so do it explicitly.

This allows for usage in functions that return NULL + errno to signal
errors.
