swayidle previously used wlr-randr to enable/disable outputs, but since
commit a837fefc, this re-arranges views so is not to be used in the
context of idle system power management.

# Note that we do not yet support turning off displays in the context of idle

# `wlr-randr --output whatever --off` re-arranges views (since a837fefc),

# so is not a good idea.
