Consolatis 631cd5ab28 CI: ensure Void has a font installed 
Otherwise the runtime test randomly fails due to
strange pango behavior. This is a workaround for
the issue and not a permanent fix.

A full investigation into pango internals is required
to figure out why `pango_layout_get_extents()` returns
invalid data after the first call. See PR #1627 for a
testcase.
