* Add -w,--window-size-pixels command line option
* Add initial-window-size-pixels foot.ini option
* Deprecate -g,--geometry command line option in favor of
  -w,--window-size-pixels
* Deprecate geometry option in foot.ini in favor of
  initial-window-size-pixels
