Takashi Iwai 26247b5422 ld10k1 - Fix eq10 patch for SB Live

There were problems with EQ10 on Sound Blaster (caused by ACCUM or macmv
instruction, i am not sure), so i made some changes. Now equalizer
should work also with SB Live.
