Adrian Knoth	9ea2fb1f88	hdspmixer: Improve code coherency ... Move channelmappings into one place (channelmap.h). Also, use "aes32" when referring to the card itself to avoid confusion and to be coherent with the remaining naming scheme. This work has mainly been done by Fredrik Lingvall.
