Jaroslav Kysela e51cba0973 ucm: do not bump syntax version to 8
The new code for syntax 8 is not widely tested. Postpone it for next
alsa-lib release.

Build alsa-lib

The alsa-lib is a library to interface with ALSA in the Linux kernel and virtual devices using a plugin system.
