Nicholas Vinson 10ff172202 src/Versions.in: Add guards for opt. alisp symbols 
Add guards for optional alisp symbols. This ensures that the Versions
file does not contain undefined symbols when building alisp support is
disabled.

Advanced Linux Sound Architecture (ALSA) project

Build alsa-lib

The alsa-lib is a library to interface with ALSA in the Linux kernel and virtual devices using a plugin system.

The up-to-date reference generated from sources can be accessed here:
