ucm: fix parser for sequences and fix wrong strcmp
...
The sequences are not parsed correctly. First cfg value is the command
and second value is the command argument.
Also, fix strcmp calls in ucm/main.c (reported by
abraham duenas <aduejazz@gmail.com>).
