- separated the "base library" from ac97.c (dynamically loaded)

external dynamic modules; src/conf/smixer.conf will describe which
modules will be used depending on the components from the driver
Add snd_pcm_hw_params_get/set_export_buffer() API functions.
They control to ensure the buffer export to other processes.
If this flag is set, the local buffer of a plugin is exported over IPC shm.
Otherwise the buffer can be handled only locally (no shm).
Also fixed Version file for 1.0.9.
ordinary mixer:
- revised Ordinary Mixer I/O type
- sndo_mixer_open() take PCMs rather than strings to pass
the real relationship
- an initial version of toplevel alisp script
more alisp development:
- renamed a* functions to A* functions (acall -> Acall etc.)
- many improvements (unset*, exfun, Acall pcm_info, Asnderr, Asyserr)
New snd_pcm_hw_params_* functions are available only explicitly when
ALSA_PCM_NEW_HW_PARAMS_API is defined.
Updated documentation and test code to new API.
