0791fb2848 Added snd_seq_sync_output_queue() function. 
Rewrote playmidi1 to use this function.  It is no longer necessary
to wait for echoback.

bdb2618f96 Define SND_LITTLE_ENDIAN or SND_BIG_ENDIAN locally.
