Drivers for MOTU FireWire series and RME Fireface series were newly added
to v4.12 kernel. Like the other drivers in ALSA firewire stack, they also
support HwDep interface.
This commit add entries for the drivers.

Drivers for Line6 USB series was firstly added to staging directory at
development period of v2.6.30 kernel. At v4.9 kernel development, they
were moved to sound directory. The drivers include HwDep interface, while
header in user space library has never been updated for an entry
corresponding to the drivers.
This commit adds the entry.

Linux 4.4 newly support these drivers. Their hardware dependent interfaces
give functionalities to get hardware information, to lock/unlock kernel
streaming and to receive lock status event.

Linux 3.19 newly support this driver. By hardware dependent interface,
userspace applications can get hardware information, lock/unlock kernel
streaming and receive lock status event.

The alsa-lib has 'snd_hwdep_poll_descriptors_count()' but hwdep.h has no
declaration for the function. No applications can call the function just
by including the header.
This commit adds a line to the file for this function.

Some members in this enumerated type has not updated for 9 years, although
kernel-drivers added them during this period. This commit adds them following
to a commit 87df9f3 'sync include/asound/asound.h with 3.17-rc1 kernel'.

Putting assert in the public macros isn't good idea at all.
Let's get rid of them.
Also, clean up snd*_alloca() functions to use a helper macro
instead of copy and paste.
