2d5aa02738 conf: FireWave: define pcm configuration block only one time 
There may be multiple FireWave soundcards in the system. Overwrite
the PCM configurations when loaded multiple times.

1af088e39b conf: Add surround 2.1 support to all cards 
All cards that support 4.1 surround now also support 2.1 surround,
because they both have surround 5.1 as slave.
