This one also has the same problem as others; the appl_ptr and hw_ptr
of share plugin aren't updated in snd_pcm_status() call. Fix it.

They are equivalent, but __func__ is in C99. __FUNCTION__ exists only
for backwards compatibility with old gcc versions.

According POSIX[1] and linux manpage[2] the include is poll.h, not
sys/poll.h.
This fixes the he following compiler warning when build with musl libc:
/usr/include/sys/poll.h:1:2: warning: #warning redirecting incorrect #include <sys/poll.h> to <poll.h> [-Wcpp]
#warning redirecting incorrect #include <sys/poll.h> to <poll.h>

This header isn't used in these files, so stop trying to include it.
This helps builds on systems that don't provide the header (such as
Android/Bionic).

The return value was wrong for playback if slave->hw_ptr was near the
boundary and *pcm->appl.ptr was near zero. The wrong result was greater
than the boundary.

Now all PCM plugins do support the proper timestamp type or pass it
over slaves. The internal monotonic flag is dropped and replaced with
tstamp_type in all places.

Fix the call of _snd_pcm_hw_params() to _snd_pcm_hw_params_internal().
The build passed wrongly because of _snd_pcm_hw_params define.
Having the same function name as the struct name is is simply
confusing...
Also, to be sure, _snd_pcm_hw_params is undef'ed in pcm_local.h, too.

This ensures they are emitted in .data.rel.ro rather than .data.rel,
which should make a nice difference when using prelink.

Change the handling of non-fatal errors. Now the non-fatal error
messages are not shown in stderr and no assert() as default. The
behavior can be changed with LIBASOUND_DEBUG environment variable.
- added poll_events to main pcm structure
- added poll_revents callback to pcm->ops structure
- fixed snd_pcm_wait() - call revents function and enhanced
error code reporting
DMIX plugin:
- more complete code (works at least for one instance)
- still no "mix" code (it's silent)
More documentation updates for snd_pcm_avail_update() and snd_pcm_delay().
Updated behaviour of read/write functions (wait when buffer is full) to
follow kernel.
Added undo callbacks for snd_pcm_plugin based plugins.
- helpers when mmap_commit proceed only a partial transfer
Fixes to avail_update implementation in pcm_hw.c.
- changed snd_config_get_id function to follow semantic of other get functions
- added snd_config_test_id
- added runtime pointer type (not persistent)
- added snd_config_make_pointer, snd_config_set_pointer, snd_config_get_pointer
- added type/contents checking for callback functions
- changed 'void *private_data' to 'snd_config_t *private_data'
- renamed card_strtype functions to card_driver
Control:
- fixed passing parameters to snd_ctl_async
Async handlers:
- added public snd_async_handler_get_signo function
Documentation:
- moved all documentation to source files
