test: BSD-like fixes

- rename devname -> pcmdev, it conflicts *BSD <stdlib.h> function
- replace <values.h> -> <limits.h> and fix K&R style related warning
- use config.h to determine include <malloc.h>
- add OpenBSD support and fix printf() warning
- fix warning
